Assets
Where Studio › Library › Assets
Assets is your media library. It keeps everything you upload and everything you generate: images, video and audio. Search it, organise it with folders, stars and tags, and reuse any file in an edit, a design or a brand kit without uploading it again.
Upload files
Section titled “Upload files”-
In the studio sidebar, open Assets.
-
Press Upload media, or drop files anywhere on the page. Up to 10 files are taken per drop, one after another.
-
Your files appear in the library as soon as they’re processed.
Things you make arrive on their own: AI Image and AI Video results, Design Studio PNG exports, pictures read from a website for a design, and cleaned audio.
Find a file
Section titled “Find a file”- Filter by All media, Images, Videos or Audio.
- Search with Search your media.
- Sort by Recently added or Name A–Z, and switch between grid and list.
The library loads 48 files at a time. Search and filters cover the files already loaded, so press Load more media to include older ones.
Preview, download and use
Section titled “Preview, download and use”Click a file to preview it. The preview shows its type, size and length, with Download original and Insert into project.
On the Free plan, pictures and videos preview and download with the Made with Muvomi badge, from a copy; the file itself is kept as you uploaded it, and sound is never marked. See The watermark.
Insert into project (or the + on a card) starts a new video edit with that file. To use a file in an existing edit, open the video editor and add it from its media panel.
Organise
Section titled “Organise”The ⋯ menu on each file offers:
- Rename (changes the name in your library only),
- Add to starred,
- Move to folder,
- Edit tags (up to 12, separated by commas),
- Archive item.
To act on several files, tick their checkboxes and choose Move, Star or Archive (up to 100 at a time).
The folder bar switches between All items, Starred and Archive. Use New folder to make a folder (up to 64 characters, with a colour) and Browse folders to open one. Manage folder renames or archives a folder.
