# Quickstart

> Make your first Muvomi film in five minutes. Sign up, write one sentence, change it by chatting, and download the MP4.

This quickstart takes you from a new account to a downloaded film with [AI Product Director](https://docs.muvomi.com/create/ai-product-director/). It uses 60 credits; a free account gets enough credits each month to try it.

## 1\. Create your account

1.  Go to [muvomi.com](https://muvomi.com) and choose **Sign in**, then **Create an account**.

2.  Enter your email and a password, and press **Create account**. If you’re asked to, confirm your email.

3.  The studio opens on **Home**. (Next time, press **Open the studio** on muvomi.com.)

## 2\. Describe your film

1.  Under the prompt, check that **AI Product Director** is chosen. It’s the default.

2.  Write what the film is about. Name the product, what it does, who it’s for and how it should feel:

    *“A 30-second launch film for Lumen, a note-taking app that turns voice memos into tidy summaries. Calm and confident, for busy founders.”*

3.  In the options row, set **Length** to **30 seconds** and leave **Format** on **Landscape · 16:9**.

4.  Optional: press **More**, then **Website**, and add your product’s site. The director takes its logo, colour and facts from it.

## 3\. Create the film

Press **Create film** (the round arrow). The film screen opens and shows each stage as it happens: writing the script, building the scenes, composing music and recording the narration. A 30-second film usually takes a minute or two.

When the chat says your film is ready, press play. It’s already saved to your account.

## 4\. Change it by chatting

Ask for changes in plain words, in the chat beside the preview:

-   *“At 0:08, give the words a bold entrance.”*
-   *“Use DM Sans throughout.”*
-   *“Make the music quieter.”*
-   *“Switch the narration to George.”*

Each change is listed under the answer. Type *undo* to take one back. A change costs 20 credits, and a quick follow-up 10 credits.

## 5\. Download it

Press **Download video**, choose **1080p**, and press **Export 1080p**. When it’s done, press **Download MP4**. Exporting is free.

> **Note:** On the Free plan, exports carry a small *Made with Muvomi* badge with the Muvomi icon, and so do the pictures and videos you open or download. Paid plans have no badge. See [The watermark](https://docs.muvomi.com/account/billing/#the-watermark).
