> Answers to common questions about Muvomi. What you can make, pricing, credits, watermarks, languages, your files, and connecting AI assistants.

## What can I make with Muvomi?

Films directed from an idea, a script or a website; voiced and captioned character shorts; AI video clips and pictures; motion template films; and designs such as posters, thumbnails and app screens. The same studio has a full video editor with captions, voiceover, music and audio cleanup, plus brand kits, an asset library and saved projects.

## Do I have to start from scratch?

No. Start from a sentence, or from one of 52 [motion templates](https://docs.muvomi.com/create/templates/). Muvomi can make a template yours from your words, your website or your files.

## Is Muvomi free?

You can start for free. The Free plan gives a monthly allowance of credits, and its exports carry a small Muvomi badge. Paid plans give more credits and export without the badge. See [Credits and plans](https://docs.muvomi.com/start/credits-and-plans/).

## What are credits?

Credits pay for the work AI does. Each tool has a set price, for example 60 credits for an AI Product Director film or 5 credits for an AI Image, and the studio shows it before you start. Editing by hand and exporting are free. See the [price list](https://docs.muvomi.com/reference/prices/).

## Do unused credits carry over?

No. Each month starts from your plan’s full allowance.

## Do I get credits back if something fails?

Yes. Anything that fails or is cancelled gives its credits back automatically, and an AI chat reply that changes nothing costs nothing.

## Which plan removes the watermark?

Every paid plan. On the Free plan, exports and the pictures and videos you open or download carry a small *Made with Muvomi* badge. After you upgrade, exports you make have no badge, and your pictures and videos show without it within about a minute. Exports made on a paid plan stay clean if you move back to Free. ## Can I use my own footage?

Yes. Upload video, pictures and audio to your [Assets](https://docs.muvomi.com/workspace/media-library/) and use them in the [video editor](https://docs.muvomi.com/edit/video-editor/), in templates and in designs.

## Which languages can captions be in?

51 languages: English, 14 Indian languages and 36 languages of the world. Captions can be written in each language’s own script, in Latin letters (Hinglish, Tanglish, Pinyin and others), or translated. See [Caption languages](https://docs.muvomi.com/sound/caption-languages/).

## Which languages can the AI voices speak?

The 20 voices for narration and voiceovers speak English.

## What sizes can I make?

Films and edits come in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5, and export at up to 4K. AI Shorts are 9:16. Designs can be any size from 64 to 4,096 px a side.

## Who can see my work?

## Can I use Muvomi from ChatGPT or Claude?

## Can I delete a project?

Projects and files can be archived, which removes them from your lists. Open **Archive** to restore them.

## Does Muvomi work on my phone?

The studio works in a phone’s browser, and the video editor’s AI mode fits on one phone screen. For timeline editing, a computer is easier.
